Connecting an ERE booking service

Link your location to your ERE booking service (inboekdienstverlener) so they can access your Plugchoice charging data.

An ERE booking service (in Dutch: inboekdienstverlener) registers the energy your chargers deliver. To do that, they need access to your Plugchoice charging data.

You arrange that access yourself in the Plugchoice app. It is set per location, so switch to the right location before you start.

Connecting your booking service

App

Press your address in the top left to open the location selector and switch to the location you want to connect.

Then go to Overview > Account > ERE.

From here, connect your booking service:

  1. Start the connection. You will be taken to the website of your booking service.

  2. Follow the steps on their website.

  3. At the end, you grant them permission to access your Plugchoice data.

The connection applies to the location you selected. If you have several locations, repeat these steps for each one.

Checking the connection

When you return to the app after completing the steps, the connection is shown as active under Overview > Account > ERE. That means the booking service now has access to the charging data of this location.

If it is not shown as active, the permission step was not completed. Run through the steps again.

Questions about your booking

We arrange the connection and the data access. Everything after that is handled by your booking service.

So for questions about whether your sessions are being booked correctly, what you receive for them, or the status of your booking, contact your booking service directly.
