The Access Code (in the back of the charger manual)
Internet connection for the charger
Connect your charger
In the waEV-charge app:
Select Installer Setup.
Select your charger from the device list.
Enter the Access Code.
Select Advanced Settings.
Select OCPP URL and enter:
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1Select Auth. Key and enter:
NULLNote the charger's serial number. You need it in the next step.
Reboot the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For waEV-charge, this is the serial number shown in the app (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.
Check the OCPP URL has no typos or trailing spaces.
Check Auth. Key is set to NULL.
Reboot the charger after changing settings and wait a few minutes.
