The chargepoint ID is the name of the charger with which it connects to a backoffice. Basically, it's the charger saying "Hey, this is me!" to our platform.
As such, you must know the chargepoint ID in order to find it.

How to find the chargepoint ID?
It's usually just the serial number of your charger.
Volt Time chargers identities are "VT_[serial number]". So if the serial number is 0001234, the chargepoint ID is "VT_0001234".
If you want to be sure, check the documentation of your charger or ask the seller.
