How to connect: Anyos

Connect an Anyos charger to Plugchoice via the ANYOS Hypervision portal.

Requirements

  • Charger powered on and online (LAN or 4G)

  • Login for the ANYOS Hypervision portal (from ANYOS support)

  • The charger's serial number


Connect your charger

  1. Find your charger in the list by its serial number.

  1. Press the pencil to open the configuration menu.

  1. Set the authentication mode to RFID ON - OCPP.

  1. Set the OCPP URL to ws://ocpp.plugchoice.com.

  1. Set the OCPP ID to the charger's serial number.

  2. Save the configuration.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Anyos, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID must exactly match the OCPP ID in the portal.

  • Check the charger shows as online in the portal.

  • No portal login? Contact ANYOS support.
