How to connect: Injet Hub (DC)

Connect an Injet Hub DC charger to Plugchoice through the Injet web portal.

Requirements

  • A laptop or phone with a browser

  • Login credentials for the Injet web portal (ask Injet)

  • The charger powered on and connected to the internet

Good to know: Injet Hub DC chargers are configured through Injet's web portal, not on the charger itself.

Connect your charger

  1. Open the Injet web portal and log in.

  2. Go to DC Pile > Pile Set (on some accounts named Charger Set).

  3. Set Protocol Version to OCPP 1.6J.

  4. Leave OCPP Code blank.

  5. Set OCPP Url to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.

  6. Press Submit parameters.

  7. No connection after a minute? Restart the charger.

Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Injet, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.

Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.

  • Check OCPP Url for typos, spaces or a trailing slash.

  • Check the charger is online in the Injet web portal.

  • Restart the charger after submitting.
