Requirements
Access to the KREISEL cloud (request it from KREISEL)
The charger linked to your KREISEL cloud account
Connect your charger
Log into the KREISEL cloud.
Open the charger's settings and go to Basic Settings > OCPP General.
In Backend URL, enter:
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1Set Backend Charger ID to the charger's serial number.
Set OCPP Version to
1.6.Set DNS Forward to
proxy.plugchoice.com.Using a SIM? Go to OCPP SIM and enter the APN from your SIM provider.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For KREISEL, this is the serial number you set as Backend Charger ID (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the Backend Charger ID.
No cloud access? Contact KREISEL.
Check OCPP Version is set to
1.6.Using a SIM? Check the APN settings and the signal.
