Requirements
Internet connection (Wi-Fi or the built-in SIM)
Owner or admin access to the charger's site in the Easee app or Easee Cloud
For new installations: the Easee Installer app
The charger's serial number (on the side of the charger and in the Easee app)
Good to know: Easee chargers don't use an OCPP URL — you select an operator from a list instead. Plugchoice is listed as Plugchoice.
Connect your charger
Option 1: New installation (installer)
Log into the Easee Installer app.
Tap Create new site and follow the steps.
When asked to select an operator, choose Plugchoice.
Option 2: Existing charger (owner/admin)
In the Easee app:
Swipe the charger card down and go to Site settings > General > Operator.
Tap Edit (top right), select Plugchoice from the list and confirm.

In Easee Cloud (web):
Log into Easee Cloud and open the charger's site.
Go to the site's operator setting. If an operator is already set, remove it first (X next to the operator, confirm).
Click Set Operator, select Plugchoice and confirm.

The charger now connects to Plugchoice. This can take a few minutes; a restart speeds it up.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Easee, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Check the charger is online in the Easee app.
Check the site's operator is set to Plugchoice. With a non-Easee operator, some Easee app features (like access control) move to the operator — this is normal.
Changed the operator recently? Wait a few minutes or restart the charger.
