Requirements
Charger commissioned and registered in the NexBlue Partner app or myNexBlue app
Firmware 1.1.2 or later (updates automatically when online)
A stable Wi-Fi connection for the charger
Good to know: NexBlue chargers don't use an OCPP URL. You select an operator from a list instead. Plugchoice is listed as Plugchoice.
Connect your charger
Installers: NexBlue Partner app
Go to Locations > your location > Settings.
New location? Tap Start configuration or Add new location first.
Tap Operator.
Select Plugchoice.
Tap Activate the operator.
Check the location settings now show Plugchoice as operator.
Owners: myNexBlue app
Go to Locations > your location > Settings.
Tap Operator.
Select Plugchoice and tap Activate the operator.
Note the charger's serial number. You need it in the next step.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For NexBlue, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.
Check the operator was activated, not just selected.
Check the firmware is 1.1.2 or later in the app.
Check the Wi-Fi signal at the charger is strong.
Did a charger fail during activation? Resolve the issue and retry.
