Good to know: no passcode? Hydra support can set the URL remotely.
Connect your charger
On the touchscreen, enter the passcode. The default is
123456.Go to Settings > URL.
Enter
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Press OK.
Reboot the charger from the touchscreen.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Hydra, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Check the URL has no typos, spaces, or trailing slash.
Reboot the charger after saving.
Locked out? Contact Hydra support, they can connect the charger remotely.
