The administrator password of the touchscreen
The charger's serial number
This guide applies to the D-Volt Ultra.
Connect your charger
Press and hold the upper center of the touchscreen for 1.5 seconds.
Enter the administrator password.
Tap the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Network Connection and set up your internet connection.
Select Platform Settings.
Set the server URL to
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Save the settings.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Dahua, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.
Check the URL for typos. It must end in
/v1.Check the network settings if the charger stays offline.
