Requirements
Access to the charger's touchscreen
Internet connection for the charger (LAN, wifi or 4G SIM)
Both connectors idle (no car connected)
Good to know: Tellus Power chargers are configured entirely on the touchscreen. No app or laptop needed.
Connect your charger
Open the settings
Tap the Tellus Power logo in the center of the screen.
Enter the admin passcode
12345611.
Set the charger to online mode
Tap System Setting.
Set Working Mode to
1(online mode).Note the Device ID, you need it later.
Set the correct Time Zone.
Tap Write to save, then Read to confirm.
Set up the network and backend
Tap Network Setting.
LAN cable: set Network Mode to
1.Wifi: select wifi mode, enter the network name and password.
4G SIM: set Network Mode to
5and enter the APN details.Set Server to
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1, exactly as shown.Tap Write, then Read to confirm.
Tap Reset (System Reset). The charger restarts in about 90 seconds.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Tellus Power, this is the Device ID from System Setting (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the Device ID.
Check Server for typos, spaces or a trailing slash. Use Read to verify.
Check Working Mode is
1.Restart the charger after saving.
