Requirements
Internet connection for the charger (wifi, 4G or ethernet)
The touchscreen password (default: 123456)
The charger's serial number
Connect your charger
Press the settings icon at the top of the touchscreen.
Enter the password (default: 123456).
Press the settings icon in the left selection bar.
Press the URL menu at the top.
Press the input box and enter
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Press OK to save.
Using 4G? Go to the Network menu, switch to 4G and confirm with OK.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For AXAL Power, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.
Check the URL for typos. It must end in
/v1.Check the network settings if the charger stays offline.
