A phone or laptop with wifi
The charger's serial number (nameplate on the right side, or the touchscreen's Device Info)
For the H2 40-80: the EVbee Service App

Connect your charger
H1 22 Gen 2
Join the charger's wifi. The name is derived from the serial number, the password equals the name.
The login page opens automatically. If not, browse to 192.168.1.1.
Log in with password 123456.
Open the OCPP setup menu.
Set the OCPP URL to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
As CPID, enter the serial number.
Open the internet setup menu and set up wifi, 4G or ethernet.
H2 40-80
In the EVbee Service App:
Register and select Create New Site, type Commercial.
Enter the main fuse and circuit data.
Add the charger: scan the QR code, use the Bluetooth scanner, or enter the serial number.
Set the maximum charge power and time zone.
In Network and backend, set the mode to online.
Set the OCPP backend to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
As charger ID, enter the serial number.
Choose the communication mode (wifi, 4G or ethernet) and press Done.
The charger now connects to Plugchoice. This can take a minute.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Hellonext, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the CPID or charger ID.
Check the OCPP URL for typos or spaces.
Check the charger's network connection (wifi, 4G or ethernet).
