Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Power Electronics, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.

Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.

  • The serial number must be in the URL, after /v1/.

  • Reset the charger after applying the settings.
