Requirements
Internet connection on the charger
Access to the charger's screen, or contact with SCU support or your supplier
The charger's serial number
UK users: the SCU representative is BlueEV.
Connect your charger
Option 1: On the charger
Enter maintenance mode on the charger's screen.
Tap CSU.
Go to Charger Settings > Back Office > Domain.
Enter
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1and tap Submit.Restart the charger.
Option 2: Via SCU support
Email SCU support or your supplier the charger's serial number.
Ask them to point the charger to
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1Wait for confirmation, then restart the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For SCU, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Check the charger has an internet connection.
Sessions not starting? Turn on Manual Charging under Charger Settings > Functional.
Configured via SCU support? Wait for their confirmation before testing.
