Requirements
An OCPP-capable Wallbox model: Pulsar Plus, Pulsar Max, Commander 2 or Copper SB, on recent firmware
A myWallbox account with the charger added to it, via the Wallbox app
Internet connection for the charger (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
The charger's serial number (under the QR code on the charger and in the Wallbox app)
Good to know: Plugchoice is not in Wallbox's preset operator list, so you enter the OCPP URL manually.
Connect your charger
In the Wallbox app:
Log in and select your charger. New charger? Add it first by scanning its QR code and connect it to the internet via Settings > Connectivity.
Tap the settings cogwheel (top right) and open OCPP.
Switch on Enable OCPP.
In the URL field, enter:
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1In the Charge Point Identity field, enter the charger's serial number. Leave Password empty.
Accept the terms and tap Save.
The charger restarts automatically and connects to Plugchoice. Once connected, an OCPP icon appears on the charger's overview screen in the app.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Wallbox, this is exactly what you entered in the Charge Point Identity field, so the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the Charge Point Identity in the Wallbox app — no spaces, dashes or extra characters.
Check the URL for typos, leading/trailing spaces or a trailing slash.
Check the charger is online in the Wallbox app. After changing the connection method, restart it via Settings > Advanced Options > Restart.
Turn off Wallbox's own Eco-Smart (solar) feature via Settings > Upgrades — it conflicts with control by Plugchoice.
Update the charger to the latest firmware in the Wallbox app.
Still nothing? Restore the charger to factory settings, wait for the full reboot (around 15 minutes) and enter the OCPP settings again.
