Requirements
The RAEDIAN Install app (certified installers only)
The charger's PIN code and serial number
Internet connection for the charger (4G or Ethernet)
Connect your charger
In the RAEDIAN Install app:
Log in and select your charger model.
Tap Connect Wallbox and enter the PIN code.
Update the firmware if prompted, then tap Reset Device.
Set up the internet connection under Connectivity.
Open OCPP Profile.
Enter the charger's serial number in ChargePointSerialNumber.
Tap the OCPP Profile field, then + to add a profile.
Name it Plugchoice. Enter the URL:
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1Tap Save, select the new profile and tap Connect.
Gemini (dual socket): fill in both Socket A and Socket B. Add "A" or "B" after each serial number (example: 12345A, 12345B).
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Raedian, this is the serial number you entered (case sensitive). For Gemini, add each socket with its own ID (12345A, 12345B).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the ChargePointSerialNumber in the app.
Check the Plugchoice profile is selected, not just saved.
Check the charger has internet under Connectivity.
Still offline? Reboot the charger and wait a few minutes.
