Option 2: Add Plugchoice as a custom server
Not seeing Plugchoice in the list? Add it manually:

ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1in Server URL.Tap Confirm Configuration, save, and restart the charger.
Also set Free vending to off. Charging sessions are authorized through Plugchoice. The internet indicator (second light from the bottom) flashes while connecting and turns solid once the charger is online.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For ABB Terra AC, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Used a custom server? Check the URL is exactly
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1, with no spaces or trailing slash. A custom server is stored on your device only.Check the internet indicator: solid means online, flashing means still connecting.
Make sure the firmware is up to date before connecting.
After switching to Plugchoice, ABB's own ChargerSync app and portal no longer control the charger, this is normal.
Changed the OCPP server recently? Restart the charger and wait a few minutes.
