How to connect: Wellborne ZEN

Connect your Wellborne ZEN charger to Plugchoice with the WB Charge app.

Requirements

  • A phone with the WB Charge app (App Store or Google Play)

  • A WB Charge account with access to the charger

  • The charger's serial number

Good to know: Wellborne ZEN chargers are configured with the WB Charge app.


Connect your charger

  1. Open the WB Charge app and log in.

  2. Select the charger you want to connect.

  3. Go to the Settings menu.

  4. Select Parameters.

  5. Enter the server URL: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.

  6. Save the settings.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Wellborne, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.

  • Check the server URL for typos in the Parameters screen.

  • Check the charger has a working internet connection.

  • Restart the charger after changing the settings.
