How to connect: Enua

Connect your Enua Wallmounts and Charges to Plugchoice via the Enua Installer app.

Requirements

  • An account in the Enua Installer app

  • Internet connection for the Wallmounts

  • The Wallmount serial numbers

Good to know: Enua chargers are configured per Wallmount. Any Enua Charge placed on a configured Wallmount connects automatically.


Connect your charger

In the Enua Installer app:

  1. Open the app and start the onboarding flow.

  2. Scan each Enua Wallmount when prompted.

  3. At the Charge Point Operator step, select Plugchoice.

  4. Finish the steps. Enua emails you an overview per Wallmount with its device ID.

  5. Place an Enua Charge on a Wallmount. It connects to Plugchoice automatically.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Enua, this is the device ID in the Enua email, by default the Wallmount serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • Use the Wallmount's device ID from the Enua email, not the Charge's serial number.

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the device ID.

  • Check the Wallmount has an internet connection.

  • Plugchoice not in the operator list? Contact Enua support.
