Configuration access via the Morek EV Tool

Connect your charger
Charger-side OCPP configuration:
Access the charger with the Morek EV Tool (Morek's Smart Charger Configuration guide covers how to connect the tool to the charger).
Locate the OCPP settings section in the configuration interface.
Set the OCPP server URL to
wss://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Leave the Authorization Key field empty. If there is some value in the field, delete it.
Note the Charger ID: it should be the charger's serial number by default. This is the identity you register in Plugchoice.
Set Charge mode: APP.
Save the changes and apply the new settings. This step may involve restarting the charger to apply the new configuration.
Verify that the charger connects to Plugchoice.

Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. The Charger ID should be the charger's serial number by default. Note this value; it is the identity you register in Plugchoice.
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
Double-check the URL: ensure there are no typos in proxy.plugchoice.com.
Network issues: verify that the charger has internet access and that no firewall is blocking the connection to the Plugchoice server.
Charger logs: check the charger's diagnostics logs for any error messages.
Firmware update: ensure that the charger's firmware is up to date.
Serial number: ensure the serial number matches what you are entering in Plugchoice.
