The SolaXCloud app and a phone
Internet connection for the charger (wifi)
The charger's serial number
This guide applies to the Smart EV Charger G2.
Connect your charger
Open the SolaXCloud app and sign up.
On the Home or Device page, press the + icon.
Select the device, press Reconfigure and set up the wifi.
Go to Remote setting > Advanced setting.
Press Application scene.
Change the application scene to OCPP.
Open the Charger setting menu.
Set OCPP Server to
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Set Charger ID to the charger's serial number.
Press Save and reboot the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For SolaX, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the Charger ID.
Check the application scene is set to OCPP.
Reboot the charger after saving.
