Requirements
Charger has internet connection
Access to Zaptec Portal as the installation owner (or with service-level permissions)
Connect your charger
Log into Zaptec Portal.
Go to Installations and select the installation your charger belongs to.
Open the installation's Settings, navigate to Verification Type and set it to OCPP 1.6J-cloud
Set URL to ws://ocpp.plugchoice.com/{deviceId} You can set {deviceId} to whatever you want, but we recommend using your charger's serial number (GPNxxxx) found on the sticker. If you leave {deviceId} untouched, the charger will fill in its serial number automatically. Note: the first three letters could be lowercase or capital letters. Please make sure to match this ID when creating the charger in Plugchoice.
Leave the rest of the settings blank and unchecked (including Use legacy OCPP behaviour, if shown).
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. This should be the same as deviceId from the previous step (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
