Connect your charger
Log into Zaptec Portal.
βNavigate to Verification Type settings and set it to OCPP 1.6J-cloud
βSet URL to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1/{deviceId}
You can set deviceId to whatever you want, but we recommend using your charger's serial number (GPNxxxx) found on the sticker.Leave the rest of the settings blank and unchecked.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger to the location using the chargepoint ID. This should be the same as deviceId from the previous step (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you setup everything correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
Usually, this is because you got the chargepoint ID wrong.
