Requirements
Laptop on the charger's local network, or a micro-USB cable
Internet connection for the charger (GSM, WLAN, ethernet or USB)
The charger's serial number
Connect your charger
Connect your laptop to the charger (local network or micro-USB).
In your browser, open 192.168.123.123.
Go to the backend settings.
Choose your Connection Type (GSM, WLAN, ETHERNET or USB).
Set OCPP ChargeBoxIdentity to the charger's serial number.
Set OCPP Mode to OCPP-J 1.6.
Set the WebSockets JSON OCPP URL to
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Set WebSockets keep-alive interval to 60.
Leave the proxy, strictness and password fields empty.
Save the settings.
Check the backend connection in the diagnostics menu.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Schrack Technik, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the ChargeBoxIdentity.
Check the connection status in the diagnostics menu.
Check the URL ends in
/v1with no typos.
