Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
Wi-Fi credentials must contain no spaces or special characters; after setting Wi-Fi, restart the charger.
Ethernet is the default uplink when a cable is plugged in.
After changing the OCPP Backend settings, click Set and restart the charger before expecting a connection.
On the DC fast charger, the status page shows OCPP Backend / Ethernet / 3G/4G connection state; per the vendor manual, contact the operator when the screen displays Service Unavailable.
