Requirements
A V2C Cloud account (v2c.cloud or the V2C Cloud app)
The charger paired to your V2C Cloud account
An internet connection for the charger
Good to know: this applies to the Trydan Pro and Denka. On the Trydan Pro, OCPP only works when the charger is connected via Wi-Fi.
Connect your charger
Log into the V2C Cloud web portal.
Select OCPP in the left-hand menu.
Find your charger in the list.
Press the green pencil icon.
Enter the central station URL: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Do not change the charger's OCPP ID. Note it down.
Check the OCPP protocol is activated.
Press Save.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For V2C, this is the OCPP ID shown in V2C Cloud (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the OCPP ID in V2C Cloud.
Never change the OCPP ID; this interrupts the connection.
Trydan Pro not showing in the OCPP list? Connect it via Wi-Fi.
Check the OCPP protocol box is activated in V2C Cloud.
