Requirements
A laptop (with a UTP cable) or a phone
The charger's serial number (on the specifications plate)
The INGEREV WEB Manager login (on the documentation delivered with the unit)
Connect your charger
Option 1: Access the WEB Manager via ethernet
Connect the laptop to connector J17 or J18 on the unit.
Browse to http://serialNumber.local:8080 (replace with the serial number).
Doesn't work? Browse to http://192.168.1.33:8080.
Log in with the credentials from the documentation.
Option 2: Access the WEB Manager via wifi
Join the charger's wifi. The network name is the serial number.
The password is the first 8 digits of the password on the documentation sticker.
Browse to http://192.168.2.1:8080.
Log in with the credentials from the documentation.
Set the OCPP details
Using a SIM? Go to ChargingPlants > serialNumber > Network, edit the WAN column, enter your APN and deselect Discover APN.
Go to the OCPP settings and press General settings.
Choose OCPP version 1.6.
As server URL, enter ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Press Save & apply.
Important: make sure there is no space at the end of any value, or the charger will not connect.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Ingeteam, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
In the WEB Manager, go to Charging points > Status to check the OCPP connection.
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
A trailing space in the URL prevents the connection. Re-enter it carefully.
Check the charger's internet connection (ethernet, wifi or SIM).
