How to connect: Lumosa

Connect your Lumosa Track AC charger to Plugchoice. Lumosa configures the backend.

Requirements

  • The charger's serial number

  • An internet connection for the charger

Good to know: the backend connection on the Lumosa Track AC is set up by Lumosa. There is no local setting.


Connect your charger

  1. Ask them to set the charger's OCPP backend to: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1

  2. Provide your serial number. Using a SIM? Also provide the APN from your SIM provider.

Once Lumosa confirms, the charger connects to Plugchoice.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Lumosa, this is the charger's serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.

  • Confirm with Lumosa that the backend is set to Plugchoice's URL.

  • Check the charger's internet connection.
