Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Compleo, this is the charge box identity, usually the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the charge box identity.
Check the URL has no typos, spaces, or trailing slash.
Restart the charger after changing the configuration.
Using the original Compleo SIM? It may need replacing; contact Compleo.
