How to connect: i-Charging

Connect your i-Charging Blueberry charger to Plugchoice via i-Charging support.

Requirements

  • The charger's serial number

  • Internet connection for the charger

Good to know: i-Charging Blueberry chargers are commissioned by trained professionals. i-Charging support sets the backend for you, remotely if needed.


Connect your charger

  1. Contact i-Charging support: [email protected] or +351 221 150 960.

  2. Ask them to set the backend URL to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.

  3. Pass them the serial number to use as the chargepoint ID.

  4. Keep the charger online so the settings can be applied.

  5. Wait for i-Charging's confirmation.

Once confirmed, the charger connects to Plugchoice.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For i-Charging, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The charger connects only after i-Charging confirms the backend change.

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ID set by i-Charging.

  • Check the charger has an internet connection.
