Save the settings.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Hager, this is the OCPP ID you entered, the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the OCPP ID.
Check the operator address for typos or spaces.
Check the charger's network connection (wifi, wired or SIM).
Reboot the charger after saving new settings.
