How to connect: EV Charging+

Connect your EV Charging+ charger to Plugchoice with the Atlas configuration app.

Requirements

  • A phone with Bluetooth and the Atlas AC Commercial configuration app

  • iPhone users: request the app install link from EV Charging+ (they need your device's UDID)

  • The charger's serial number

Good to know: EV Charging+ chargers are configured with the Atlas configuration app over Bluetooth.

Connect your charger

  1. Open the app. Log in with account maintenance, password 123654.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth and press start scanning.

  3. Select your charger and press the connect icon.

  4. Enter authorization code 123456.

  5. Set up the network: Ethernet, mobile (4G) or Wi-Fi.

  6. For Wi-Fi, enter the network name and password under WLAN settings.

  7. Go to Settings > Network > Server > Custom.

  8. Set Server address to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.

  9. Set Server port to 80.

  10. Restart the charger to apply the changes.

Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For EV Charging+, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.

Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.

  • Using Ethernet? Check the IP address and set it manually if needed.

  • Restart the charger after changing the server settings.

  • Charger not found in the app? Check Bluetooth and rescan.
