Requirements
Charger installed and commissioned (via the Enphase Installer Toolkit app or the Enphase app)
Owner access to the charger's site in the Enphase app
Internet connection for the charger
Good to know: the IQ EV Charger doesn't use an OCPP URL. You select a partner from a list instead. Plugchoice is listed as Plugchoice.
Connect your charger
In the Enphase app:
Go to Menu > Settings > IQ EV Charger > Partner Integration.
Select Plugchoice as the partner.
Review the details and give consent.
The charger now connects to Plugchoice. This can take a few minutes.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Enphase, this is the charger's serial number (case sensitive), found in the Enphase app or on the charger.
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Check the charger is commissioned and online in the Enphase app.
Check Plugchoice is selected under Partner Integration and consent was given.
Selected the partner recently? Wait a few minutes.
