Good to know: e-RS chargers cannot be configured by the owner or installer. The connection is set up by e-RS.
Connect your charger
Contact e-RS support via the contact form.
Ask them to set the charger to Plugchoice.
Provide the OCPP URL: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Provide the charger's serial number.
Wait for e-RS to confirm the connection.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For e-RS, this is usually the serial number, as confirmed by e-RS (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ID confirmed by e-RS.
Confirm with e-RS that the connection has been completed.
Check the charger has a working internet connection.
