How to connect: EVbee

Connect your EVbee charger to Plugchoice. The connection is set up by EVbee on request.

Requirements

Good to know: EVbee chargers cannot be configured by the owner or installer. The connection is set up by EVbee.


Connect your charger

  1. Contact EVbee support.

  2. Ask them to set the charger to Plugchoice.

  3. Provide the OCPP URL: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.

  4. Provide the charger's serial number.

  5. Wait for EVbee to confirm the connection.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For EVbee, this is usually the serial number, as confirmed by EVbee (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ID confirmed by EVbee.

  • Confirm with EVbee that the connection has been completed.

  • Check the charger has a working internet connection.
