Good to know: Tritium chargers cannot be configured by the owner or installer. The connection is set up by Tritium.
Connect your charger
Email Tritium support and request a connection to Plugchoice.
Provide the OCPP URL: ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Provide the charger's serial number.
Wait for Tritium to confirm the connection.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Tritium, this is usually the serial number, as confirmed by Tritium (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ID confirmed by Tritium.
Confirm with Tritium that the connection has been completed.
Check the charger has a working internet connection.
