Requirements
A computer and a USB cable
The RNDIS driver (from http://catalog.update.microsoft.com)
The charger's serial number
Good to know: E-Lift chargers are configured through a web interface, accessed over USB with the RNDIS driver.
Connect your charger
Connect a USB-C cable to the charging controller's USB port.
Install the RNDIS driver on your computer.
Check the USB/RNDIS adapter appears in your network adapters.
Set the adapter's IP address per the E-Lift manual.
Browse to http://192.168.5.1.
Log in (top right) with the credentials from the E-Lift manual.
Open the OCPP settings.
Set the OCPP server URL to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Note the chargepoint ID (usually the serial number).
Save and restart the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For E-Lift, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ID in the charger.
Web interface unreachable? Reinstall the RNDIS driver and reconnect the USB cable.
Check the charger's SIM is inserted correctly and has coverage.
