Requirements
A laptop and a LAN cable
The web interface password (request from Elli)
The charger's serial number
Good to know: the Flexpole is configured through its built-in web interface, accessed via the LAN port behind the rear door.
Connect your charger
Set your laptop's LAN adapter to IP 192.168.1.101, subnet 255.255.255.0.
Open the rear door and connect the laptop to the LAN port.
Browse to http://192.168.1.1.
Log in. Username: dupower (firmware 1.x) or default_admin (firmware 2.x).
Open the OCPP settings.
Set OCPP-CS-ID to the charger's serial number.
Set Operator Backend to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.
Set Security Profile to 0.
Save the settings and restart the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For the Elli Flexpole, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the OCPP-CS-ID.
Check the Security Profile is 0.
No password for the web interface? Request it from Elli.
Restart the charger after saving the settings.
