How to connect: EN+

Connect your EN+ charger to Plugchoice through its web interface over the Wi-Fi hotspot.

Requirements

  • A phone with Wi-Fi

  • The EN+ user manual (the PIN is on the last page)

  • The charger's serial number

Good to know: EN+ chargers are configured through a web interface over the charger's own Wi-Fi hotspot.

Connect your charger

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi and airplane mode on your phone.

  2. Join the charger's hotspot, named SN plus the serial number.

  3. Default hotspot password: admin123.

Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For EN+, this is the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.

Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.

  • Check the Wi-Fi strength in the web interface. Poor signal? Try a different network.

  • Server disconnected or offline? Reset the network settings and repeat the setup.

  • Cannot log in? Check you joined the correct hotspot.
