A phone with Wi-Fi
The EN+ user manual (the PIN is on the last page)
The charger's serial number
Good to know: EN+ chargers are configured through a web interface over the charger's own Wi-Fi hotspot.
Connect your charger
Turn on Wi-Fi and airplane mode on your phone.
Join the charger's hotspot, named SN plus the serial number.
Default hotspot password: admin123.
Browse to http://192.168.4.1.
Enter the 4-digit PIN from the last page of the user manual.
Go to Network setup > Wi-Fi.
Select your home Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
Set the server address to ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1. The SN fills in automatically.
Rejoin the charger's hotspot and log in again.
Check the Wi-Fi strength, server communication and network status.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For EN+, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the serial number.
Check the Wi-Fi strength in the web interface. Poor signal? Try a different network.
Server disconnected or offline? Reset the network settings and repeat the setup.
Cannot log in? Check you joined the correct hotspot.
