Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For EPC Smart, this is the CPID you entered, normally the serial number (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.

Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the CPID.

  • An amber network LED means the charger has no network connection yet.

  • Check your wifi details and signal strength at the charger.

  • Typo in the CPID or Base URL? A factory reset is required to change them.
