Good to know: Andersen chargers don't use an OCPP URL. You connect through the integration option in the Andersen app instead.

Scroll down and tap Integrate with Plugchoice.

Tap Connect to Plugchoice. A browser window opens.

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Select the charger you want to connect.
3. Scroll down and tap Integrate with Plugchoice.
4. Tap Connect to Plugchoice. A browser window opens.
5. Log in with your Andersen account.
6. Select the charger(s) to connect.
7. Tap Authorise.

The charger now connects to Plugchoice. This can take a few minutes.

For Andersen, this is the Charger ID from the Andersen app (case sensitive).

For Andersen, this is the Charger ID from the Andersen app (case sensitive).

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "<a href="https://support.volttime.com/en/articles/12928426-charger-and-connector-status-explained" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Pre-registered</a>"?

The chargepoint ID must exactly match the Charger ID in the Andersen app.

Check the charger is online in the Andersen app.

Check the integration was authorised for the right charger.

Just connected? Wait a few minutes or restart the charger.
