Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Zappi, this is the ChargeBox ID, by default the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the ChargeBox ID.
The Username and ChargeBox ID must match.
Check the Zappi shows online in myenergi myaccount.
No Locations tab? Complete your location details on the myaccount home screen first.
Reboot the Zappi: hold the menu button until it restarts.
For a complete guide, see our troubleshooting article if your charger can't connect to Plugchoice.
