Resetting your charger is a command done through Plugchoice's web portal that remotely restarts the charger.
It does not physically cut power from the charger, if you want to do that you have to power cycle it physically.
How to reset chargers
This is only possible in the web portal.
Go to Chargers > View > Actions (top right) and press Reset.
