Teams are groups of user accounts that work together. When you sign up with Plugchoice, your account gets its own team, which you can use to work together with, for example:

To work together with friends or colleagues, invite them to your team. Someone in your team sees every location of the team. To give someone access to one location only, invite them to that location instead (see Managing location members and ownership).

Your team, not your account, is what is attached to locations and therefore to chargers:

You manage your team in the web portal. This is not possible in the app.

Go to Settings > Team > Teammates and press Invite member. Enter the email address, choose the Role (Admin or Member) and press Send invitation. The person receives an email. Once they accept and sign in, or create an account (also possible with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple), they are part of your team.

You change your company name in Settings > Team > General and your payment details in Settings > Billing. If you are a company in the EU, enter your VAT number there so your invoices are correct.

In the web portal, switch teams by clicking your name in the bottom left of your screen and choosing a team under Teams:
