How to connect: Daze

Connect a Daze Home, Urban, Share or Duo charger to Plugchoice via the Daze app.

Requirements

  • Internet connection for the charger

  • The Daze configuration app and a phone with Bluetooth on

  • The charger ID (serial number)

This guide applies to the Home, Urban, Share and Duo.


Connect your charger

  1. Open the Daze configuration app.

  2. Press Add Network and fill in the network details.

  3. Press Add Charger and add your charger.

  4. Go to Configurations > OCPP configuration.

  5. Switch on the OCPP activation.

  6. Enter the URL ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1 and press Save.

  7. Enter the charger ID and press Save.


Registering your charger in Plugchoice

  1. Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Daze, this is the charger ID you entered in the app (case sensitive).

Done! The charger should come online.


Troubleshooting

Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?

  • The chargepoint ID must exactly match the charger ID in the app.

  • Check the OCPP activation is switched on.

  • Keep Bluetooth on during the whole configuration.
