Internet connection for the charger
The charger's serial number
Good to know: Blue Current configures the OCPP connection for you. You cannot change it yourself.
Connect your charger
Contact Blue Current support.
Ask them to point the charger to Plugchoice.
Provide the OCPP URL:
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1.Provide the charger's serial number.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Blue Current, this is the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID must exactly match the serial number.
Confirm with Blue Current that the URL change was applied.
Check the charger has an internet connection.
