Requirements
The Teltonika Energy app, with Bluetooth enabled on your phone
Internet for the charger: Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or a SIM card
The security code behind the charger's front cover
Connect your charger
In the Teltonika Energy app:
Open the app and tap Add new device.
Select your charger from the list.
Enter the last 6 digits of the security code to pair.
Connect the charger to the internet: Wi-Fi, mobile, or Ethernet.
Tap the settings wheel and select Installer menu.
Enter the security code again.
Go to Main settings > Connectivity > OCPP.
Turn on Enable OCPP.
URL: enter
ws://proxy.plugchoice.com/v1Charge point identity: enter the charger's serial number.
Leave Password empty.
Tap Save, then restart the charger.
Registering your charger in Plugchoice
Add the charger using the chargepoint ID. For Teltonika, this is the Charge point identity you entered, usually the serial number (case sensitive).
Done! The charger should come online.
Troubleshooting
Did you set everything up correctly, but the charger still remains "Pre-registered"?
The chargepoint ID in Plugchoice must exactly match the Charge point identity.
Check the charger has internet in the Teltonika Energy app.
Pairing fails? Pairing mode lasts 5 minutes after power-on. Power cycle and retry.
Restart the charger after changing OCPP settings.
